We finally have completion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s been alot of anticipation of our new sled and here she is… COMPLETE

Special thanks go out to Custom Marine Concepts ,Haynie Boats and LMC Marine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For those of you who do not know.. She is a 24 Haynie Cat custom designed to my specifications. She was fully rigged by Custom Marine Concepts in Spring.. Glenn and the guys did an EXCELLENT JOB on her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I specifically wanted Custom Marine to rig my boat so I could help lol, and because I know how good of custom work they do.

She has a standard rear deck layout, raised platform with chopped down console to go under the bayou vista bridge.

Front deck is 7’ center and 9’ angled sides that are rod/storage lockers.

This boat was built to my every specification… Exactly how I wanted it and she came out perfect.

Now, for a few numbers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took her out and put her first 5 hours on her.

True Draft : 8.5” fully loaded tournament load… 53gallons of gas, Two people standing on rear.

Balanced Draft: 7.5” two people on front

Speed: 53mph at 4900rpm… with a PT 0FX4 22
(definately not proped right yet)

OUTSTANDING MID RANGE PUNCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW is all that can be said

She handles very well in even the nastiest chop… We took her out today from Fat boys and went East because of the stiff wind.. We wanted to put her through her paces and she came out great.

In a hardcore 3’ to 4’ chop going across the ship channel she was a very stable ride and wasn’t even that bouncy.. We did get some spray going crossways of course, but in this wind.. Everyone got some spray today.

We went back into some marsh to test out shallow water performance and we were able to get her up in about 14” , but I wasnt going to push her until I can fully understand exactly how she wants to jump up, definately a learning curve to a cat.

She definately has a point that she loves to ride!!!!!! That being said, so far her favorite with the current prop is at 43mph at 4000rpm (3.6mpg burn) and she just glides though anything.

She is everything we wanted, and does everything that the guys at Haynie said she would do!!!!!!!!!!!!!
